Heather works with the partners and senior attorneys of our Construction Defect Team drafting pleadings, motions, contracts, and various other legal documents. As a liaison for clients, courts, opposing counsel and various other parties, she is one of the primary public facing Horn Williamson team members. Heather communicates with clients at every step of the representation and is attentive to details in order to streamline the real estate transaction process. She enjoys making the experience of purchasing or selling a property as simple as possible.
