Carter N. Williamson is a construction practice attorney who has represented construction industry clients including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and owners. He has a background in litigating and resolving legal construction matters from routine common disputes to complex, multi-party litigation.

He has resolved construction matters through litigation, arbitration and mediation in the five-county Philadelphia area, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and New Jersey State and Federal courts.

Carter can efficiently analyze complex matters and synthesize information into strategy and action plans. He possesses a keen ability to identify problems and craft compelling arguments to successfully resolve issues. His excellent communication skills give him the ability to explain difficult concepts and prosecute or defend a position in any legal or non-legal forum.

Prior to Horn Williamson, LLC, Carter gained extensive experience performing as in-house counsel for general contractors.
