Horn Williamson & Collins announced the opening of its New York office, expanding the firm’s regional presence and strengthening its ability to serve clients throughout New York and the surrounding region. The office opening follows the recent addition of partner Janesa Urbano, whose established New York client base and commercial litigation practice enhance the firm’s ability to serve clients throughout the region.

Located at 295 Madison Avenue in Midtown Manhattan, the new office reflects the firm’s continued commitment to meeting clients where they do business. The expansion builds on a period of sustained growth that included the opening of the firm’s Delaware office, the relocation of its Philadelphia headquarters and the continued development of its construction and commercial litigation practices.

“We’ve built this firm by listening to our clients and investing where we can provide the greatest value,” said Jennifer Horn, founding partner of Horn Williamson & Collins. “Opening a New York office reflects that approach and allows us to better support clients throughout the region while continuing to deliver the practical, responsive counsel they expect.”

Urbano brings more than 20 years of experience representing clients in complex commercial disputes, transactions and construction-related matters. Her practice includes commercial litigation, construction law, contract drafting and negotiation, business counseling, commercial real estate transactions, risk management and litigation management.
