Tamarrin focuses her practice on representing homeowners, associations and property owners in construction defect matters. She helps clients navigate disputes involving design errors, code violations, water intrusion and other construction issues that can threaten property value and peace of mind.

Tamarrin’s experience as in-house counsel at a national home remodeling company gives her a practical perspective on construction and the challenges property owners face when things go wrong. She understands how contractors operate, how projects are managed and where problems often arise. This insight allows Tamarrin to spot issues quickly and work with experts to identify causes and damages, helping clients achieve the best possible outcome.

An experienced litigator, Tamarrin has represented companies in commercial and business litigation in state and federal courts. She has drafted pleadings, argued motions and managed discovery in matters ranging from contract disputes to personal injury claims—experience that sharpened her litigation skills and informs her current work on behalf of property owners.
