Scott comes with extensive experience in litigation work.During his tenure at the Office of Attorney General in Philadelphia, he worked in both torts and civil rights litigation defending Commonwealth agencies for claims filed against them. He has ample experience in pre-litigation investigations,all things discovery, and engaging in fact-finding missions. He was often the principal paralegal in drafting discovery responses and organizing production sets to advance litigation. His most common clients, for example, were the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Department of Corrections, and the Department of Human Services.
