Scott VanZant is a gifted paralegal who has earned his reputation as an astute, detail-driven, and steadfast case manager in the litigation world. Scott comes with extensive experience in litigation work.During his tenure at the Office of Attorney General in Philadelphia, he worked in both torts and civil rights litigation defending Commonwealth agencies for claims filed against them. He has ample experience in pre-litigation investigations,all things discovery, and engaging in fact-finding missions. He was often the principal paralegal in drafting discovery responses and organizing production sets to advance litigation. His most common clients, for example, were the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, the Department of Corrections, and the Department of Human Services.

Scott’s specific expertise is his ability to assist clients in large-scale document review in complex litigation matters. Scott has training in multiple e-discovery platforms that provide clients with cost-effective document management. Scott was also the principal paralegal responsible for multiple e-discovery projects involving litigation of a highly confidential nature. He has been trusted with the most sensitive of matters.

As a fun fact, Scott is also a published author! During his graduate studies, Scott co-authored two studies in peer-reviewed, refereed journals. He had the privilege to present his work across the country, and once at the University of Oxford.
