Saba represents homeowners, associations and property owners in residential construction defect matters. She helps clients navigate disputes involving design errors, water intrusion, structural deficiencies and other issues that can threaten property value and peace of mind. Drawing on prior experience in both government service and the courts, Saba approaches disputes with precision and empathy—perspectives that strengthen her ability to manage complex litigation and keep clients informed at every step.
Before joining Horn Williamson, Saba served as assistant general counsel in the Technology Law Division of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA), where she advised clients on federal contracts and regulatory compliance. She also clerked for the Presiding Judge of Family Court in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden Vicinage, handling cases involving child abuse and neglect, domestic violence and child custody.
In law school, Saba gained hands-on experience as a student attorney in the Andy and Gwen Stern Community Lawyering Clinic and as a teaching fellow with the Marshall-Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, educating Philadelphia high school students about the legal system and their constitutional rights. She also served as a dean’s scholar for constitutional law and criminal law courses and as executive articles editor of Drexel Law Review.
