Matthew is a Partner in Horn Williamson’s Commercial Construction Group. An experienced litigator and transactional attorney, he provides legal counsel to construction companies/contractors, commercial property owners/commercial property managers in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He handles a wide array of issues including contract drafting and negotiations, change orders, delays, mechanics’ liens and payment disputes.

Clients rely on Matthew’s skill litigating numerous matters in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Manhattan College. He worked as an Engineer prior to attending Villanova Law School. Matthew resides with his wife and two children in Mullica Hill, New Jersey. Outside the office he enjoys coaching his children’s sports teams and playing golf.
