Laura Garber brings experience from multiple clerkships in the Superior Court of Pennsylvania working with intermediate appeals court judges to her litigation practice. She focuses on Horn Williamson’s appellate practice and shares time with the Construction Defect Group and Community Association Practice Group. Laura brings a practical sensibility to all legal disputes and serves her clients with effective and well-reasoned strategies.

Prior to joining Horn Williamson, Laura represented plaintiffs in matters ranging in size from large scale, multi-district antitrust disputes to condominium associations seeking to recoup relatively small amounts owed for past-due association fees. During her career, Laura has had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable William J. Martin, President Judge of Indiana County, the Honorable Ellen Ceisler, when she served in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas, and the Honorable Anne E. Lazarus and the Honorable Carolyn H. Nichols of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania.

Laura is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School, where she attended on a partial scholarship. Laura graduated magna cum laude from Grove City College with a Bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Business. Laura was raised by an entire family of avid entrepreneurs, giving her an excellent background to develop creative ideas to serve her clients.

Outside of the office, Laura enjoys cooking, playing a variety of musical instruments, and spoiling her cats, who do not care.
