Jen is Horn Williamson’s Director of Operations. Before joining the firm, she had over 20 years of experience as Director of Administration and Legal Billing, where she advised law firms on navigating finance, billing, human resources, and business matters that affected their operations. She oversees the day-to-day activities of Horn Williamson, ensuring that the firm is managed and performing efficiently and effectively.
Jen is currently a board member of the Coatesville Boys Basketball Board and a Community Ambassador for ALS United Mid-Atlantic. Prior to that, she served as the Treasurer on the Pope John Paul II Athletic CYO Board for 10 years.
She is an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators and a Notary Public of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
When not at work, you will find Jen spending time with her family, watching sports and traveling.
