Glenn focused his practice on commercial construction matters, representing contractors, subcontractors, developers and other stakeholders across the Mid-Atlantic region. He advised clients throughout the life cycle of a project—from contract negotiation and risk management to dispute resolution and litigation. Glenn handled claims involving delay, disruption, acceleration, differing site conditions, change orders, liens and payment disputes, as well as complex business torts and regulatory compliance issues.
With more than two decades of litigation experience, Glenn brought a seasoned perspective to every matter. He represented clients in state and federal courts in cases involving construction, commercial contracts and business disputes. Glenn’s background included partnership at a national firm, and work on high-stakes litigation for one of the world’s largest law firms.
His ability to combine legal strategy with business insight stemmed from a diverse professional path that spans law, consulting, public relations and government service. This breadth of experience allowed Glenn to anticipate risks, craft practical solutions and protect his clients’ financial and operational interests.
