Carmela is the firm’s Director of Operations and brings 30 plus years of experience as a law firm administrator to Horn Williamson. She has experience as a leader of a defense firm, a plaintiffs’ firm, as well as a class action litigation firm. Her areas of expertise include, but are not limited to, accounting, human resources, benefits, facilities, systems and marketing.
Carmela is and has been an active member of the Association of Legal Administrators for 25 plus years and has served on the Board of the Philadelphia Chapter in several positions. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Delaware Valley Law Firm Marketing Group.
Carmela enjoys the diversity of wearing many hats and interacting with all levels of the firm’s personnel.
