Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections signed Emergency Regulations

On Wednesday, May 13, 2020 David Perri, Commissioner of The Philadelphia Department of Licenses and Inspections signed Emergency Regulations modifying time limitations for construction work provided in Mayor Kenney’s April 29, 2020 Executive Order. These revisions expand the time periods for authorized construction work on commercial and large residential projects, effective immediately. All projects must still adhere to all other guidelines.
