Horn Williamson Managing Member Jennifer M. Horn and Associate Brendan Patrick McDonnell were featured in The Legal Intelligencer as authors of the article, ‘Construction’ of the Construction Statute of Repose. Horn and McDonnell cite two recent cases published by the Pennsylvania Superior Court that are game changers for both builders and aggrieved homeowners alike.
