Jennifer Horn to Speak on General Building Contractors Association Webinar

 Jennifer Horn will be the speaker on the upcoming GBCA webinar, “OSHA’s New ETS Regarding COVID-19 & What It Means for Your Workplace.” 

 While this ETS is being challenged and not currently enforced, the webinar will review what to expect if it becomes enforceable. Under OSHA’s ETS, employers with 100+ employees would need to establish a mandatory vaccination policy, OR adopt a policy that requires their employees to either be vaccinated or undergo regular COVID-19 testing and wear a mask at work.
