Horn Williamson, LLC seeks an experienced attorney with 3-5 years of litigation experience. Construction defect litigation would be a plus. You will be an integral member of the team and will gain meaningful experience. The ideal candidate will have strong case management skills and solid experience either managing construction defect actions or handling litigation work of other types. Litigation work will include, but not be limited to, legal research and writing, witness/fact investigations, discovery work and motion practice. You will work with partners and associates on challenging and significant matters.

Horn Williamson is currently on a flexible hybrid schedule where attorneys may work remotely a portion of each week. The firm offers a competitive compensation package which includes, medical, dental vision, HSA and FSA plans, short- and long-term disability coverage and 401(k) plan with match.
