Horn Williamson & Collins seeks an experienced attorney with 5-10 years of litigation experience. Construction defect litigation experience is a plus. Experience in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas is also a plus. You will be an integral member of the team and will gain meaningful experience. Litigation work will depend on experience, but may include legal research and writing, conducting discovery, motion practice, taking/receiving depositions, and trial preparation. When ready, you will also gain experience in jury trials, bench trials, and/or arbitration. You will work with partners and associates on challenging and significant matters.
Horn Williamson Collins is currently on a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing attorneys to work a portion of each week remotely. The firm offers a competitive compensation package which includes medical, dental, vision, HSA, and FSA plans, short- and long-term disability coverage, and a 401(k) plan with a match.
