Rachel works with condominium, homeowner and cooperative associations to address the wide range of legal issues that affect their communities. She helps boards and property managers navigate day-to-day operations, prepare and review contracts, enforce governing documents and resolve disputes. When litigation becomes necessary, Rachel is a steadfast advocate, focused on preserving the financial and structural well-being of the community.

Her background in transactional matters, including drafting commercial leases, agreements of sale and asset purchase agreements, gives her a strong foundation for advising associations on both operational and complex legal challenges. Rachel draws on her experience handling both contract and real estate disputes to help associations negotiate and navigate issues that arise in the management of their communities. She understands the pressures boards face in balancing legal obligations with community needs, and she collaborates with clients to develop practical solutions that protect property values and ensure smooth operations.

Rachel also brings extensive litigation experience to her practice. She has prepared detailed case analyses and strategy reports to evaluate claims and drafted the appropriate pleadings, motions and discovery to advocate effectively. Rachel has also conducted trials in municipal court, which included cross-examining witnesses. This litigation experience enhances her ability to effectively advocate for associations when disputes cannot be resolved outside the courtroom.
