David is a member of Horn Williamson’s Construction Defect Practice Group. He takes pride in being part of a dedicated team of experienced professionals committed to advocating for homeowners and helping clients recover what they are owed.
Prior to joining the firm, he spent over a decade representing charter schools and nonprofit organizations, advising on both transactional matters and a broad range of litigation involving property damage, construction defects, civil rights, personal injury, insurance bad faith, administrative hearings, and appellate matters.
When not practicing law, David enjoys spending time with his children and small dogs.
