Freddie is a dedicated attorney with substantial litigation and client advisory experience, across diverse areas of the law. He currently practices in Horn Williamson’s Community Associations Practice Group, where he advises condominium and homeowners associations on a wide range of governance, enforcement, risk management, and construction-related issues.

Freddie brings a unique blend of public and private sector experience to his practice. Prior to joining Horn Williamson, he served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where he gained extensive trial experience and honed his skills in case strategy, negotiation, and legal advocacy.

Freddie earned his law degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, where he was a Conwell Scholar and member of the school’s nationally recognized Trial Advocacy team. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

With a background that combines courtroom acumen and a deep understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks, Freddie takes a proactive approach to advising boards, property managers, and unit owners on complex legal challenges. He is committed to helping clients navigate disputes efficiently and with strategic precision, whether involving governing documents, assessment enforcement, or disputes stemming from construction defects or common element repairs.”
