Lily is an Associate at Horn Williamson. Lily’s practice is focused on a variety of litigation matters including residential construction defects and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Lily served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Bradley V. Manning and the Hon. Monica A. Horton in the Delaware Court of Common Pleas, where she gained significant exposure to civil litigation matters, including those involving construction defect.
Prior to law school, Lily earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work at Kean University. She attended Temple University Beasley School of Law, where she was selected as one of Temple’s Law & Public Policy Scholar and worked as a Research Assistant.
In her personal time, Lily enjoys reading mystery novels, running, and trying out different restaurants in the city.
