Scott VanZant

As the E-Discovery Data Operations Manager, Scott heads the firm in its handling of all electronically-stored information (ESI). He has training in the full EDRM model, an established and well-recognized benchmark for properly navigating the e-discovery process. In his role, he assists clients with formulating the most practical and cost-effective approach for handling large amounts of electronically-stored data, particularly in litigation.

Scott’s background comes with extensive experience in litigation work. During his tenure at the Office of Attorney General in Philadelphia, he worked in both torts and civil rights litigation assisting in the defense of Commonwealth agencies for claims filed against them. He has ample experience in pre-litigation investigations, all things discovery, and engaging in fact-finding missions.

As a fun fact, Scott is also a published author! During his graduate studies, Scott co-authored two studies in peer-reviewed, refereed journals. He had the privilege to present his work across the country, and once at the University of Oxford.
