After 30 years of distinguished full-time practice in the area of construction law, Margaret is now of counsel to Horn Williamson. During her full-time practice of law, Peggy provided high-level legal services to local, national, and international owners, contractors, and subcontractors on many of the largest and most prestigious construction projects located in and around the Philadelphia Area and as far away as Europe and the Marshall Islands.

Her extensive experience includes drafting and negotiating construction contracts for large, complex projects; OSHA regulations and violations; and construction claims/disputes of every kind. Peggy continues to provide legal counsel and advice to Horn Williamson’s clients and attorneys in connection with all matters related to construction, including disputes, contracts, and projects.
