Denise brings more than 20 years of community association management experience to Horn Williamson & Collins, providing boards and managers with practical guidance informed by firsthand operational experience. Having managed a wide range of communities, she understands the day-to-day governance, financial and operational challenges associations face and helps clients navigate those challenges efficiently and effectively.

As director of community association services, Denise works closely with the firm’s attorneys to provide coordinated support across a broad range of matters. She assists boards and managers with budgeting and financial planning, FHA recertifications, governance initiatives, operational best practices and compliance-related issues. Her experience allows her to identify practical solutions that support board objectives and the long-term success of the community.

Denise holds the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation, the highest credential awarded by the Community Associations Institute, and remains actively involved in the community association industry to stay current on evolving trends and best practices.

She has experience managing single-family homeowner associations, garden-style condominiums, townhomes, commercial condominiums, and high-rise condominiums. Each type of association presents distinct sets of challenges. Denise’s knowledge of these challenges enables her to serve our clients better and understand their needs.

  • Supported election administration, policy development and procedural reviews for community associations ranging from single-family communities to high-rise condominiums and commercial associations.
